Does a Pumpkin Pick Make it Spooky?

I am so overwhelmed on all fronts this week. Work is stressful and I do not have enough time to do it and at the same time I feel the strongest pull to be with my kiddos this week. I am ridden with mommy guilt but....one foot in front of the other. This is lunch...not a super one but better than what they are serving in the cafeteria:)

Both Thomas and Stella have peanut butter in mini pita's, some raw veggies, mandarin oranges and two bat cookies.

Pizza Pockets

My lunches are getting posted a bit late tonight because I was mesmerized by the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion. I couldn't stop watching that train wreck!

One of my friend, Shannon, posted this great idea and I am stealing it today. I made pizza pockets (?), mini calzones (?)...not sure what to call them but I am happy with how they turned out. I rolled out a pizza crust, cut it into six pieces, filled it with sauce and mozzarella cheese, sealed the edges and bake.

Stuffed Biscuits

Yay! One week of lunches down!! I did a little baking tonight. I made some turkey and cheese stuffed biscuits, some homemade chocolate chip cookies and some corn muffins. I was able to make my grilled peppers with goat cheese for a side dish tonight and we had two halves left over. I diced the peppers and cheese and mixed them right in with my corn muffins. Dee-lish!
