Easiest Dinner Ever

When I saw something called "Easiest Dinner Ever" on Pinterest, I knew I had to try it.

(source)

Here is the recipe:
-Bag of frozen Chicken Breast Tenderloins (2.5-3lb bag)
- 8 oz block of cream cheese
- Can of Black Beans, drained & rinsed
- Can of Corn, drained
- Can of Rotel (I used salsa)

Dump chicken in crock pot and add other ingredients on top. Cook for 6-8 hours. I served this over toast and the whole family loved it. Super easy!!

For tomorrow, the twins have leftover "Easiest Dinner Ever" served over an open roll, some strawberries and carrots.

Simple. Colorful.

My computer has had a nasty virus and I have been without it for tooooo long! But it appears to be fixed and I am back to lunches;) Today the twins have a turkey sandwich, strawberries, oranges and some crinkle cut cucumbers.
