Star Fruit

I feel like the twins are on the brink on getting sick. I have heard a sneeze here and there and they have been extra tired at the end of their day. So, I have made sure they are taking their vitamins, tried to get them in bed earlier and focused on packing healthy lunches. It is one of the ways I can try to protect their little immune systems. I cooked salmon and yummy homemade butternut squash for dinner and here is their lunch for tomorrow:

They both have a turkey roll up, some veggie sticks, cut up strawberries, sliced oranges and some star fruit and sliced cucumber. This is the first time I have ever tried star fruit...so yummy!

Does a Pumpkin Pick Make it Spooky?

I am so overwhelmed on all fronts this week. Work is stressful and I do not have enough time to do it and at the same time I feel the strongest pull to be with my kiddos this week. I am ridden with mommy guilt but....one foot in front of the other. This is lunch...not a super one but better than what they are serving in the cafeteria:)
