I meant to post this last night but we are in bedtime HELL with our two year old right now. Ugh. I know it is just a stage, but I am spending hours at night with him.

Tomorrow the kiddos lunch is from leftovers from Grandma Stella. She brought some dinner over and here are the yummy leftovers. Some sprouts and green onions, tomatoes and avocado, chicken and peas, carrots and pearl onions.


  1. I've always wanted to put avocados in my kiddos' lunches! How do you keep them from browning? I've found that lemon or lime juice only works for a couple of hours...

  2. You know, I didn't add anything to this avocado and it didn't brown. I did pack this lunch in the morning and the kiddos eat at 11...maybe not enough time to brown? I have heard a little lemon juice would do the trick:)
